Not just any old peanut butter will do.
I figured that one out years ago when it began to make me feel sick after eating it.
After checking the ingredients list, the main thing listed after the peanuts and the sugar was that ugly hydrogenated vegetable oil.
That was the culprit.
So I tried making some myself for a while with the blender.
It was good, but I could never get it smooth enough no matter how much I whipped it.
I then splurged and tried one of the all natural brands on the market.
Really good stuff!
And you can buy it with flaxseed added for extra fiber and nutrition.
Glad I didn't have to give up an old favorite!
